Here you can see that how you remotely shutdown or restart your and victims PC.
Let's Start
First of all, open your CMD.
You need to type "netstat" command to check IP's.
After that, type "shutdown -i" command and hit enter.
After hitting it, a new windows open.
Here you need to type the IP address or the Computer name by clicking on "Add" button.
Then, set what you want shutdown or restart and set time.
After that, type reason or comment.
I write here "Hacked". Click on ok.
After 30 seconds, it will restart.
Here, you can see it shows cancelled option.

You can also stop the shutdown process before its time complete.
Type "shutdown -a" command and hit enter.
After that, it show a message for cancelling the shutdown or restart.
