download VMware Workstation

First of all, you need to download and install the VMware workstation for hacking practice.
You can download it from the internet. If not, then i give you a link at the end of the page. Download it from there.
After downloading the software you need to install it.
Now, double click on the downloaded software. After clicking on the software wait for a minute to open it.

 Then, this window will open. Click on Next.

After clicking next, click on Typical. 

Select you desired destination. Then click on next.

Click Next

Click Next

Click Continue

Now, click on Finish. You software has been installed.
Now open it from the desktop.
After open it, 
Create a new virtual machine.
1- Select Typical. Then, Click on Next.
2- Download the Windows 7 or 10 ISO file.
3- Click next.
4- Guest Operating System:
5- Microsoft Windows (v Windows 7 x64 or Windows XP). Check your system OS 32 or 64 bit.
6- Click next
7- Name your Virtual Machine and select location. Click next.
8- Disk size (60GB). Store VD as single file. Click Next.
9- Click on Customize Hardware. Select (2GB) Ram. Processor (2). Click close and then Finish.
Now, your virtual machine has been created.Power on this and use.
